These pages are simply for me to share what I've learned from my own experience about Living Low Carb. Nothing fancy because I don't have time to keep up a fancy site, so no fluff. But hopefully there will be some things in here that others may find helpful. If not, then you don't have to stay :). But this is a labor of love for those who have struggled and lived with the sense of failure that I did for so many years, until I discovered the Low Carb Lifestyle.
